Q Miss Nude Canada™ is Canadian right? then why are the girls non-Canadians?
A The Miss Nude Canada Pageant™ is the most respected title of its kind. In the "global village" that is the world of today it is the title and its reputation that is the prize. I have brought The Miss Nude Canada Pageant™ into the 21st century.
We have come a long way since 1972 when I formulated this pageant for "sun colonies" (aka nudist or nature camps) and used the venerated "Miss America Pageant" as my template. The Miss America Pageant was not able to adjust to the modern world and is now almost dead and I don't want that to happen to my baby.
For many years of the pageants existence, Canadian Exotic Dancers were unique and special and no other country in the world could produce talent like we could....world dominance much like we used to have in Hockey. Then, of course, other countries started to copy our style and techniques and now wonderful Exotic Performers are being developed in many countries other than Canada. In fact, due to economic conditions in Canada, we no longer support the Feature Exotic Dance Industry the way that we used to.
By opening our coveted, respected national title to the best in world, we only strengthen both the title and the Canadian Industry. The contestants have to bear all the financial burden of pageant competition and for a foreign contestant that cost is many times greater than for a local Canadian contestant. This factor alone acts as a filtering, selective process to ensure that only the most devoted women make the huge sacrifice to advance their careers. When they come to Canada (which is still the most wonderful country in which to dance) they then make Canada their second home. Canada benefits from this: over the years several major talents have become citizens.
