This is the SECOND time that Kelly Kayne has won the main title (the first time was 2005) and this amazing feat places her into an exclusive club of only two extremely beautiful and talented women out of 37 to achieve this amazing, almost impossible triumph!

In August of 2005 Kelly Kayne won the "America's #1 Dancer" title at the 9th Annual Exotic Dancer Fan Fair. Produced and sponsored by the Pure Gold Chain the contest was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.
